OPTIMA full bore flow meter is a cost effective flow meter for conductive liquids such as Raw Water, Chilled water, effluents, Potable water and industrial chemicals. Using time proven electromagnetic flow metering principle, OPTIMA flow meters are available for pipes from ½ “ NB to 6” NB. Since there are no moving parts, the flow meter gives years of maintenance free service. It’s performance is independent of temperature, pressure, density and viscosity of medium. The flow meter is obstruction less and hence the pressure drop is almost negligible.
OPTIMA has all the features required in field mountable metering equipment. These include - weather proof / flame proof enclosure, RS485 communication option , with 4 to 20 mA isolated Current output for Flow signal transmission option for process control. The converter is available as field mounted-IP65 protection category. An optional batching controller also available on request.

The most commonly employed measurement principle is to measure the liquid's velocity and the pipe area flow rate = velocity x area. The haris paddle wheel flow sensor, works on this simple but accurate principle. Four blades spin past a sensor in the housing body. As the fluid flow causes the rotor to rotate, a signal is produced proportional to the flow rate. The design of the rotor ensures a linear repeatable output upto a flow velocity of 7 m/sec with an accuracy of ± 0. 06 m/s. The signal is fed to the fully digital, user programmable flow meter for a digital display of flow rate. & totalized flow. The pdlc 4080b can be used for batching applications. Haris flow meter allow field calibration of sensor for achieving maximum accuracy. Advanced digital damping filter with users settable time factor ensure steady readings in pulsating flow conditions. In the event of power failure the non volatile memory retain its configuration and fertilizer data.
The rs 232 communication for pc interface is a standard feature in all flow meter. Combined with a powerful data logging software this option provides a cost effective data logging solution.

Electromagnetic flow measurement system, takes care of all your flow measurement and monitoring needs with maximum efficiency. The system comprises of a magnetic flow tube and an electronic flow converter. Specially designed flow coils, generate a magnetic field in the flow tube. As the conductive fluid moves in this field, voltage proportional to the the velocity of fluid is generated in the electrodes. This voltage is received by the flow convertor, and digital signal processing is done before the flow value is displayed in the illuminated alphanumeric lcd.
The totalizer value is protected in an eeprom in case of power failure. The flowmeter uses advanced digital technology with intelligent software systems combined with precision engineering ensuring accurate and reliable flow measurement.

Our turbine flow meters are designed for the volumetric measurements of fluids. The meters are rugged, reliable & precise instruments suitable for all Industrial Chemicals, Fuels etc.
The basic meter consists of a free running rotor positioned in the flow stream with the flowing fluid pushing against the rotor. The rotational speed of the turbine is proportional to the velocity of the fluid & hence truly represents the volume of the fluid flowing through the line. The rotation of turbine rotor generates electrical pulses in the electronic sensor attached to flow unit housing. The output pulses are then converted to measure flow rate & integration as may be required by the user including direct cut-off, simple indication, direct alarm for low/ high flow with a no. Of output options of dc,ac etc. Turbine sensor with four/six digit batch controller with 1co relay output contact offered to transfer preset qty. Of liquid from main storage tank with automatic flow shut off.
